On the southern end of Anastasia Island, Crescent Beach is regarded by many as the most gorgeous
beach in all of Florida. Enjoy and relax in an OCEANSIDE* ground floor condo located adjacent to the pool in a gated community.
Take a three minute walk and you are on a beautiful white sand beach.
*Note: Oceanside refers to no road to cross
to get from the property to the ocean. There is no view of the ocean from the condo, but there is a view of the courtyard.

There is free wi-fi at the condo. The condo accommodates
a maximum of 6 people. The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has two twin sized beds, and the sofa
in the living room opens up to a queen size pull out.

Two full bathrooms and a kitchen with new cabinets, counters, and appliances, makes is
comfortable for all. Extra large capacity washer and dryer included. The unit has two televisions with satelite dish. There
is an XBox with games such as Dance Dance Revolution and a Playstation in the guest bedroom. We have some games that are scratched
so you may want to bring your own as well. Off the living room near the swimming pool is a great patio with table
and four sling back chairs.
