Is there an ocean view from the condo?
No, there is no view of the ocean from the condo. It is considered "oceanside", meaning there
isn't any street or road to cross to get to the ocean.The beach and ocean is just a quick three minute walk from the door.
The steps that lead to the walkway are about 20 feet from the front door. Please note the steps are quite steep and may cause
an issue for someone with limited mobility. For a photo of the steps please see the "More Pictures" web page.
Where is the condo located?
The condo is located on the southern tip of Anastasia Island, on Crescent Beach. The condo community is called Quail Hollow
and it's on A1A South, just off I95.

What time is check in and check out?
Check in is anytime after 3:00 pm and check out is anytime
before 10:00 am. To access the unit you simply punch in a code so that you can arrive and depart at any time. No need
to check in at an office during a particular time period. Very simple and convienient.
We rent all year round and to be more accomodating, do not have restrictions such as only Sat. to Sat. We do rent for less
than a week if available, but more often rent longer than a week at a time. Check our availability calendar for open dates:

Is
there internet available?
Yes! There is free wi-fi at the condo.
Is the community pool heated?
Unfortunately, the community pool is not heated.
How do we go about renting?
If you have checked the calendar, and the dates you
want are open, just email us and tell us you'd like to rent.We'll confirm that it's available and ask you to print
out and complete the reservation form. You will then have seven days to mail in the reservation form and security/deposit
check or money order for $150 to the address on the form. We'll hold the dates for you for seven days awaiting the security/deposit.
Once we receive the security/deposit check, we'll email you a letter of reservation confirmation. The security/deposit
check is held and returned to you uncashed after your departure. The reservation confirmation will explain to send a check
or money order for payment of renting the condo, three weeks prior to your arrival.
Once we receive
the rent payment, we'll email you a letter that will include instructions and the access code to open the unit door. You
and your guests can come and go at any time of the day or night.
Parking
There is an assigned parking spot for one vehicle that goes with the rental. There are a few
guests spots along side A1A but in the summer they are hard to come by. Please note that boats, campers, trailers, etc.
are not allowed in any of the parking lots.
