adjacent to the pool. Take a three minute walk and you are on a beautiful white sand beach.
*Note: The condo is considered Oceanside, which means there is no road to cross to get to the ocean;
however there is no ocean view.

The condominium complex is called Quail Hollow. It's located on Crescent Beach, which is on Anastasia Island. The unit is
A6-1D. The address is 6300 A1A South, Unit A6-1D, St. Augustine, Florida 32080. The condo, which is called Seas the Day, accommodates
a maximum of 6 people.

Master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the
second bedroom has two twin-size beds. There is a sleeper sofa in living room with a full-size pull out bed. Two full bathrooms
and a well appointed kitchen with all new appliances gives you all the comforts of home. Extra large capacity washer
and dryer included. The unit has three new televisions, each with over 70 cable channels. There are two DVD players and
a Playstation hooked up in the guest bedroom with games.Two patios, one off living room near the swimming pool, and the second
off the Master Bedroom.
